Here's my problems:
I need to file 1040x 2023, because I need to update capital loss carryover from 2022,
but it won't change me taxable income numbers,
and no more refund and payments to both federal and state.
I know I need to file 1040x to federal to change the number, do I still need to amend to state tax?
