This didn't solve my issue. I tried this a few times. I don't want to sound trivial here. I have one login for personal taxes for over 15 years. It's the same login. Under the Document tab, what I uploaded for 2024 filings is still there. My 2024 filing or whatever I've entered is gone. I can't locate any of my prior filings. Somehow the account was wiped clean. How can I engage TT directly to perhaps get the information back? If not, I guess I will just have to reenter the 2024 filing.
