After logging into my Turbe Tax Deluxe, I selected:
- Review Tab
- Analysis
- Reviewed the tax summary
- Continued to "We've checked your Return for Accuracy"
- Noted that my State return was "green checked" for calcutions, missing info, and errors; the State return was listed as ready to file.
Again, my Federal was accepted but my State of Hawaii transmission was rejected. The only notice I received was a rejection text with NO email (either in my inbox or spam folder) and no error codes or any other messages. This desktop app apparently doesn't see any errors.
Unfortunately, I didn't see a "Fix my return" option, link or button. Am I missing something?
