If my employer produced an adjustment ESPPDSQDISP on 12/31 to account for the stock I sold for my ESPP, do I also have to include the 1099-B from the brokerage?
My employer issued a pay stub to me (no money directly to me) with one entry for ESPPDSQDISP. I believe this inflates my income to account for the amount I gained for the transaction. How do I adjust the amount to not pay taxes on this twice?
