You need to report the income in the foreign earned income section of TurboTax, however you can indicate a few screens later that you do not want to claim the foreign earned income exclusion. It will still keep track of your foreign income. Then you should go to the foreign tax credit section of TurboTax to enter the income again as well as the tax credit. The foreign wages should flow to line 1 of the 1040.
