You should be able to continue your return if everything is correct even though it says "Needs Review".
If you are e-filing your 2024 amended return, prior to e-filing, TurboTax will run a complete check of your return(s) and will bring attention to any errors that may prevent you from e-filing. The program will prompt you to make any necessary changes needed to e-file your return.
