For me, it says state, and it's asking me to mail form MO-1040v and payment to Missouri Dept of revenue... BUT it was e filed and it also has my bank information to do direct payment, so why would I need to send a SECOND payment?
I'm already frustrated enough that I owe taxes when that's the whole point of claiming 0 exemptions, so that you DON'T have to worry about this.
