The due date for calendar year S-corporations and Partnerships was March 17, 2025. If your corporation has a different fiscal year, then your extension should be filed by the 15th day of the 3rd month after your tax year ends.
If your company has a different fiscal year, you should still be able to file your extension. You should double-check your entry for your tax due date.
