If 10 shares were sold, the Proceeds on the 1099-B are the total for the sale of the 10 shares. Your broker info should state the number of shares sold, even if not directly stated on the 1099-B.
Yes, if 10 shares were sold, and you paid $1.26 per share, multiply that by 10 for your Cost Basis.
