I have similar issue and none of the mentioned solutions worked.
I uploaded my W2 and other tax forms, yet the online software still asking me to upload my W2 even though it's in the Document section already. Do I need to upgrade or something, so the software would pick up those uploaded docs or at least the W2?!!
