Turbotax Live Full Service connection

I scheduled an appointment with a tax consultant, but when the call came through from 'TurboTax Video,' it seemed like they couldn’t hear me. My plan was to speak via my cell phone while accessing my account on my desktop. Is that not an option? I don’t have a webcam or microphone on my PC, so I need an alternative way to communicate. Any guidance would be appreciated!
