Get your taxes done using TurboTax
The IA 130 is for credit for taxes paid to other states. You could have several of these, if you paid tax to several states. If this doesn't apply to you, you can Delete the Forms 1A that are not needed. Here's How to Delete Forms in TurboTax Online.
However, if you have a 1099-INT/DIV with Foreign Tax Paid, after entering these in the proper sections, TurboTax transfers the amounts of Foreign Tax to the Foreign Tax Credit section.
In the Foreign Tax Credit section, you can enter the foreign tax total as Country 'RIC' (Regulated Investment Company), so you have only one Country showing on your Form 1116. You can step through the interview in the Foreign Tax Credit section again to change this.
