Dawn, thanks! You did what over an hour on the phone with support could not. Once you file, you have to "trick" the system by clicking "add a state". THEN you can access the Tax Tools and print center options. THEN you have to select "Include government and TurboTax worksheets", and download.
Not sure if anyone at TurboTax actually reads or cares about this, but this issue is NOT resolved. Why not just include these forms like years past when you click the Download pdf option? Why the need to back door trick the system to show you Tax Tools options again just get the Filing Instructions page? FIX IT!
