This phone number has already been used to file 5 returns. By selecting continue, you can print and then mail your return(s). Professional taxpayers should use a professional product to e-file multiple returns.
I tried to purchase a second license code to see if that would work and it didn't. Spent 2-3 hours on the phone with customer service and they could not figure it out either. I just don't understand how my first return went through perfectly.
