Review the 1099-SSA part of your return and make sure you have the correct radio buttons marked. I am of the opinion this page was not present in previous years, at least in the online forms, and added late for 2024. The review does not highlight this as missing or inconsistent with other answers if, as in our case, one of the filers had the "Yes" button checked that caused their SS income to be removed from the taxable amount calculation. It appears that the default is to check that you did live in one of these countries, as I'm seeing more and more of these kinds of posts, with the sad result of an IRS problem.
