I just want to download a past tax return. I shouldn’t have to pay extra money to talk to someone. The return will not download no matter what I try it on. Computers , cell phone, or tablet. I have called numerous times. No one seems to know how to help. I will NEVER use Turbo Tax again. It shouldn’t be this difficult to help customers with something simple.
