Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Right, I'm not sure why the problem was fixed for the previous poster.
I was able to work around this problem for my case. My Quicken file is stored in OneDrive, which works great as long as you're careful about giving time for OneDrive to keep your file synched. So, my Quicken data file is stored in: C:\Users\<me>\OneDrive\Documents\ ....\ file.qdf
When I try to do the download, into TurboTax, Quicken is started and files are written e.g.:
C:\Users\<me>\Documents\Quicken\ExportedTxf\TaxSchedule.txf
and the error message is displayed.
In TurboTax, if I then go to the File menu and click Import from other financial software, it actually finds this file and can import from it just fine.
Seems stupid to me....
