Hopefully, NADA involvement will help. I filed for an extension with IRS to give more time. Really rather not paper file and then have to file an amended return, but will do it if that is what is required.
I thought small claims court is typically less than $200. I’m not sure what defense the dealership would offer since the only reason tax credit was rejected was because they didn’t report sale to IRS.
