If your return is fairly simple, I'd suggest you clear and start over. This may be your only solution at this point. Also you might try contacting TurboTax live help so that they can screenshare with you and develop a solution.
- Sign in to your TurboTax account and open your return.
- Select Search. and enter your question.
- Select Contact Us at the bottom of the help panel.
- Choose how you'd like to connect with us.
- Note: Talking one-on-one with a live specialist is not covered with TurboTax Free Edition. You'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.
