I paid estimated tax today via my new Amex credit card, but due to it doesn't have spending limit, I paid $15000 it failed pay and only charge service fee, Amex told me need to use a spending tool to test it, it confused customer...
I paid by ACI service and saw their policy doesn't help us to cancel payment
I've already made twice the payment in this quarter, could anyone please advise how i can repay enough amount in Q1?
