Thank You sooo much for posting your fix. I spent 8 hours doing the same thing (felt like a dog chasing his tail). The person I talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful but THE problem did not get fixed until I read your method. My "tools" would not show anything from the drop down list. At the end of 8 hours the tools showed up and I deleted that "(225)" form and BINGO! my final check was able to clear out and I could e-file. I think there is something related to a non resident tax form that has a glitch in it.
