Need to download prior years (2023) software.

I've been at this 4 hours now, and am really upset and frustrated.

I purchased turbotax 2023 at Costco in 2024.  

Now I am trying to use it, and so far its been frustrating and impossible.

This is what I have done:  about 2 weeks ago somehow I was able to contact a live person.  After an hour that person,  unable to help, transferred me to a supervisor.  She was supposed to call me back the next day but either I missed the call or she didn't call.

today, I cannot even get a live person.  When the automatic person (when I call on the telephone) asks if I need help downloading a prior years software, ( which is the case,) and I repeat her words exactly since that's what I need, yet she only talks about amending a return options.  Later when she asked for my email and I gave it to her, she repeated it back and it was incorrect.  She asked if it was correct, and when I said NO, she continued on as if it was correct.  THIS IS IDIOTIC!!!! I called three times, and each time the same thing.  I go online under my account or not under my account, and cannot find any way to speak to a live agent, on phone or by chat.  I cannot find any way to resolve my issue with community forum info, although others have had similar problems.
