Line 22 instruction states: "Add amounts from Line 12, lines 14 through 17, lines 19 and 20 in Column (g), and Line 21." My 4562 has amounts only on Lines 12 and 17. However my Line 22 shows only the amount on Line 17. It appears to me that the software does NOT add the lines as instructed. ??
