You can report any issues with TurboTax here in the Community. Please be as specific as possible:
- what version you are using
- Windows or Mac
- where the issue occurred (what screen in what section, or issue with installation, printing, etc.)
- what troubleshooting steps you have already taken (cleared cache and cookies, turned computer off and on, switched browsers, etc.)
If the issue can be confirmed/replicated, we can refer it to our developers for further investigation.
