What does it mean if Part III, columns A and C show the same amount of $ for each month (January-June) I was enrolled in a healthcare plan?
I previously sent in an appeal to terminate what I "owed" Healthcare Marketplace for those months due to incorrect information given when I enrolled in a new healthcare plan. Does this mean that I still owe the amount shown in column A or does C prove that it was paid in advanced, meaning I don't owe anything for those months?
