There is a known issue at the IRS with claiming the Home Energy Credit when 'Joint Occupancy' is indicated. There is a projected fix of 3/23 for this issue.
However, since you are the only one claiming the credit, I would recommend saying NO to the joint occupancy question if you want to Efile now.
