I amended my withholdings for 2023 and resubmitted by efiling. I got a rejection email because I needed to submit an IP PIN but they didn't ask me for one. I have one but when resubmitting it never opted me to put one. Now I can't click on the file to "fix" the amended return. What do I do now?
