Having used the free version of turbo tax I expected it to be free like last year upon file submission, but when I go to submit my taxes, it makes me pay not only for Georgia State Return, but for a Turbo Tax Deluxe, which I am sure i didn't utilize, I am a student and I don't understand why I am being charged for this extra thing.
