- Start with TurboTax Live: When you first start your return, choose a TurboTax Live product.
- Switch to TurboTax Live: If you started with a different TurboTax product:
- Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
- Select Live Tax Advice.
- Select Upgrade.
- TurboTax Desktop: The option to purchase unlimited, live expert tax advice is available in TurboTax Desktop 2024 for $60.*
As you prepare your taxes in TurboTax Live, you can quickly connect with one of our credentialed tax experts: Select the floating Live help button. Select Connect with live help at the top of the chat window.
