On the phone twice today with Turbotax support (maybe about 2 hours wasted). Spoke to 3 people who were unable to solve the issue. They all kept going to my tax information and whether I had filled out my forms correctly, but in the end were unable to explain why the 2025 Estimated taxes were $0.
The last person I spoke with told me that the problem was going to be sent up to their technical support for further analysis. Next thing I know is that I get a feedback request email whose title is,
"Your TurboTax Case XXXXXXXXX is Closed - Please Complete our Survey".
My experience with their tech support is pretty low! We'll see if they actually do anything in the next few days.
