Sometimes the 'hit a snag' is a temporary connectivity issue.  When I got this message, I went Back a few screens, then returned to the section and was able to continue.

 

You could also try temporarily disabling anti-virus programs while working in TurboTax.  Here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs.
