The school tax do not have to be added if they are included on your W2. If they are not, you can add in Deductions & Credits- under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid- Income Taxes Paid.
The property taxes are entered in Deductions & Credits, under Your Home, Property (Real Estate ) Taxes
