Form 2210 won't let me enter amounts manually. Therefore, the sum of the four columns in Line D Withholding is not equal to my total withholding for the year?

TurboTax is refusing to file my returns electronically, but it's their software that is preventing me from entering the correct amounts. TurboTax has entered random amounts and won't let me delete and change them.
