I have the same problem Turbo insisting that I file as Single when I am definitely Head of Household. I followed the instructions exactly given above, going back over info (me single, daughter is a student living with me 12 months, not working, me paying 100% expenses, etc... I have answered every question over and over.
On the Personal Info Summary the following statement in red shows up in the Dependents category:
We need to review some questions about your dependents.
This just sets me into the same question loop.
