Why 1099-B cannot be imported from Schwab? the form is there but cannot be imported and I had to type in all to trasactions

1099-B contains most of the stock transactions, and I can see the form there under my account in Schwab but it just cannot be imported to turbotax. Hence, I had to type them all out, its very time consuming. Does anyone know why it cannot be imported?
