Do you have one of the California forms that isn't supported for e-filing? If that's the case, it isn't expected to become an option. If a form is just not yet available, we would see an expected availability day.
If you already paid the state e-filing fee and can't use it, see this help article and this one for instructions on how to contact TurboTax customer support to request a refund of the e-file fee depending on which product you are using.
