When the return is rejected because the PIN is missing or incorrect, this is a problem which cannot be corrected! The so called "solution" to enter AGI instead of the PIN doesn't hold water and rejection follows. The only true solution (if one can call it solution) is filing by mail. Who then need Turbotax if the program cannot retreave the PIN from last year submission?
