We can help clear the Seller Financed Interest.
Select Tax Tools
- This is on the left sidebar
- You may have to minimize the Federal and State options
- You also may have to scroll down on that menu
- Once you can work on Tax Tools
- On the drop-down select Tools
- There will be 3 or 4 green boxes
- Select Topics Search
- Type seller
- Seller Financed Interest will come up.
- [GO]
- Any Seller Financed Interest [YES]
- If there are any entries, [Delete] and [Done]

- Repeat the process
- When you get to Any Seller Financed Interest [No]
