Why has not Intuit fixed the deletion of previously imported forms from same financial institution, this is a serious bug and needs to be addressed instead of trying to give customers unreliable workarounds?

There have been quite a few instances because of this bug in TT, which deletes previously imported forms from the same financial institutions. Many people end up wasting their time correcting this issue. Why does TT not have a unique account number identifier for imported information, so that imported information for different accounts from the same financial institution is not deleted? This is very frustrating. Please address this ASAP.
