I'm having this same issue. I went back and checked the entries on my tax-withholding statements and they are correct. Turbo-Tax (PC version) is showing an amount withheld that is more than double the actual withholding. The program is trying to give me a refund that is much more than I actually paid. I think there is an error in the Wisconsin program.
