Disabling the antiviral didn't help.
Another consideration for you to consider is the following: If I double click on the 2023 business file, the file opens using Home Premium Edition (for my personal returns). I tried right clicking on the 2023 business file and chose "Open with" and used the Business '23 app to open the file. Again, the file was opened with Home Edition. The only way to access the Business 2023 file is to FIRST open the Turbotax Business 2023 app and then choose the same (correct) file.
There's some kind of conflict with the Business app and the Home edit app, perhaps. I even tried changing my Windows settings for "Default app", assigning 2023 business app as the default and then 2024 app. Nothing works.
