Believe me, you're not alone. I'm in CA and trying to submit both Fed and State, indeed I have a same issue. Here are what I did
- Install Turbotax 2024 to MacOS 13 and above
- log in as Turbotax account
- Transmit tax return both Fed and CA State
- And successfully went through
- Both Fed and State were accepted IRS.
