If you are able to single-click on Schedule C from that dialogue box, choose it and then scroll down and click on Continue. If that doesn't work, see below..
If you are using the desktop software, go to Forms Mode and you should see a red exclamation mark next to that 1099. You can link the 1099 to the Schedule C on the 1099 form.
If you are using TurboTax Online, you will need to exit the review, delete the 1099 and re-enter it from the Schedule C income screen.
How to delete forms in TurboTax Online
Go to Wages and Income, then select Edit next to Self-Employment Income and Expenses. Click Edit next to your Business and then Add Income. Re-add the 1099.
