This is happening to me, too. I don't get the blue box with the place to sign in to my Intuit account; I only get the left half of that split screen. So, I go to Intuit separately and sign in, but that takes me directly to a sales pitch for buying the online version of Turbo Tax 2024. I've deleted and reinstalled TurboTax 2024 but I can't activate the software.
