Health Insurance Marketplace:

• If you purchased health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace, you should receive Form 1095-A from the Marketplace. It is usually sent by mail.
• It's also available in your online Marketplace account. Follow steps below to retrieve.
  • Log into your Marketplace account.
  • Under "Your applications," select your 2024 application — not your 2025 application.
  • Select “Tax Forms."
  • Download all 1095-As.
  • Get screen-by-screen directions, with pictures (PDF, 499 KB).
  • Note: If you can't find your 1095-A in your Marketplace account, contact the Marketplace Call Center.

Here's how to enter your 1095-A in TurboTax:

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Click on the magnifying glass at the top right and search for 1095-a, then select the Jump to link.
3. Answer Yes and enter your 1095-A info on the next screen.
   • We don't need all the info from your 1095-A. We'll only ask about the info that affects your return.
4. Enter the information from your Form 1095-A:
   1. Enter the Marketplace-assigned policy number.
   2. Enter the start and end dates of your coverage.
   3. Enter the monthly premium amounts and any advance payment of the premium tax credit.
5. Complete the rest of your tax return as prompted by TurboTax and TurboTax will help ensure the necessary forms are generated.
