Hi @pk, just wanted to confirm all of this applies even if I was on J1 in 2019 and then transitioned to F1 in 2021, correct ?
I've been going through many posts in the community, maybe they are older, but many posts are making me confused with 5 years on student visa, substantial presence test and exemption of FICA as terms.
