As long as your return hasn't been filed yet, you can go back to your return and follow the steps below:
- Go back to the website provided by your bank, credit union, or insurance company, and select the TurboTax link or icon. This will take you to the TurboTax-branded affiliate site with the discounted pricing.
- Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
- On Tax Home, select Start or Continue to enter your return.
- Select Tax Tools on the left, and then Tools.
- Select My Fees. It should show the discount.
