Yes, you can "Clear and Start Over", and not use the account.

Your ID and Password make the account unique to you.
By selecting "Clear and Start Over" all of your information will be removed.

Select Tax Tools

This is on the left sidebar
You may have to minimize the Federal and State options
You also may have to scroll down on that menu

Once you can work on Tax Tools
On the drop-down select Tools
Select Clear & Start Over
