The amount showing on your return is double the amount reported on your 1099G form. If you had entered it twice, revisit that section and delete the duplicate form:
- Open or continue your return.
- Navigate to the 1099-G section:
- TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to 1099-G.
- TurboTax Desktop: Search for 1099-G and select the Jump to link.
3. On the 1099-G summary screen select delete or the trash can next to the duplicate form.
