Get your taxes done using TurboTax
It depends. If this was a Single-Member LLC and you previously reported the activity on Schedule C of your personal tax return, you would report a final Schedule C in the year the LLC dissolved.
If your LLC has more than one member or has elected to be treated as a corporation, you need to file a final business return (Form 1065 or Form 1120S) and report this is the final year. These forms are prepared using TurboTax Business.
